Please help..another person has same issue too??

Omg! I literally was just looking at my phone,my account, and the email they sent saying ty for registering? All three places, the model ,serial etc. are different??
Also on my account it has my phone listed twice? One says Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra active sign in today, below it.. Another picture of this phone, but says Alis Galaxy sm- s918u1..and says not active?? Last sign in July something, ( when I bought phone) Please someone help??
I bought through Amazon, cked that it was official, when I went to put in my straighttalk account(first switch sim,and st,blocked me from my account? Until I bought new sim).
Now,it took almost a month of them messing with my phone and account, seriously, change my password, my code,my ZIPCODE??
Now,looking around on phone to see all this, above, about phone..
I'm worried and upset.
Please šŸ™ help..

After looking all the information over via the email you sent me; all is well! You have absolutely nothing to be concerned about. Remove the other devices and carry on lol. šŸ˜…

The e-sim IMEI will always slightly differ from that of the physical SIM, that I assume, you transitioned from fairly recently? Both are technically registered on your carrier's network. There aren't that many differences that I saw between the important info in your email, and where there were it was expected and completely fine due to U (carrier locked) vs. U1 (unlocked) firmware. You can confirm this info with Straight Talk, but I see nothing strange.

An e-SIM is just a physical SIM card that has been transfered into your phone so that you no longer need a physical one. Yes, use your e-SIM. šŸ™‚
