Popups-Anyone Seen This

S23 Ultra. Either on Startup or when I am searching on the web I get these annoying wheel like pop ups and then an ad comes on my screen. Seems like it is tied to the Play Store but I'm not sure. It is driving me nuts for several months now and can't seem to figure out what the problem is. Please, can anyone help me out?

Did you try restarting your phone?

Restart the phone every day.

@userUdYJUXJFO2 Try this as a troubleshooting step. Boot into safe mode. If this does not occur while booted in safe mode, you know that it is caused by some 3rd party software that you have installed. It could be disguised as a useful app but harbor malware.

I figured that was the case. Every post I see says go to the latest app you installed, but if it's been a long time since you installed apps then I have no clue which one was the last one installed.

Yes it is definitely a 3rd party app some of them 3rd party apps have pop ups
