- Click on a picture in the Gallery
- Click the 3 dots in upper right
- Select Set as wallpaper
- Choose Always on Display
- Mark as New
- Bookmark

Galaxy S23That does not work as of 20/8/24. Not on S22 Ultra anyway. That option just puts a tiny picture of the wallpaper under the clock on the AOD.
