I've recently been trying to put a custom ring tone transferring after converting a video to a audio file, sometimes the song I put randomly cuts out, or it has even randomly ended the call before if I don't pick up fast enough. Does anyone know a fix or why this happens?
I think what it is doing is playing only a portion based on where the song(s) were at when you added them to your ringtone. Go to your ringtone settings and hit the "+" which I'm sure is how you added the ringtone(s) and how I fixed this exact issue was clicking on the "artists" tab at the bottom of the screen and I disabled the very top option of "play selected highlights only" and then I clicked on the song to add to my ringtone list - problem solved. Mine would randomly play like 2 minutes into a song but I just wanted the intro to play and when I disabled that silly option, added it again to the list it worked perfect. Be sure to delete the other one from the playlist just to be sure you don't accidentally tap that one to be the ringtone. Hopefully that helps
