S23 FE mobile hotspot get laggy and slow when phone screen turns off

Hi guys

I have a Galaxy S23 FE

Before i had an A50 and everything was fine.

Since i changed my phone i have ping spikes problems in the games

I tried everything and nothing works.

Recently, I noticed that this problem does not occur when the phone screen is on

But when I lock the screen ping spikes get back.

I tried to turn off some things in phone settings like "Power Saving Mode" or etc

But they are not working

Does anyone have any ideas?
