Galaxy S23I came from a S21U. That device was so good that I really could have waited until the S24U. You might be disappointed going from S22U to S23U. At least you'll have the new champ š¤·š¾ā:male_sign:š

Galaxy S23Since Feb 1st I have not been able to purchase a S23 as the ATT upgrade existing line fails at the 2 factor authentication pop up. I have talked to Samsung 3 times (4 people - customer service, ECommerce and technical) with no success . 3 of the Samsung people stated it is a known issue but technical stated it was an ATT problem, not Samsung. I talked to ATT and they actually logged into my phone and watched the whole process, tried a solution and I did it again while ATT tech watched the process and failure, they stated it is a Samsung issue with their website as my ATT account is fine no issues and there should be nothing blocking the upgrade line. I believe ATT as they actually watched the process and tried a solution from their end. Anyone else having this issue? ATT understood why I want to go through Samsung with the Pre order and money offers to apply to add ons (Galaxy Buds 2 and 15 W wireless charger). I am totally frustrated and disappointed in Samsung.

Galaxy S23I was finally able to get it done through T-Mobile. It was up early on but the site worked yesterday.
