Nope - no luck. Same result on stock browser. I don't think the browser is the problem. I think it's the interface between Samsung and T-Mobile, because the hang happens when Samsung tries to verify my current phone's T-Mobile status.
The trade in values weren't that great. I did not like the carrier trade in option either because T-Mobile is basically making you get a magenta max plan for 85 bucks or more when I pay 55 with them.
Exactly my feelings and situation right now. Pathetic game by Samsung. I was waiting all these days for the launch and willingness to upgrade. With just $500 for my s22u this doesn't make a sense at all to switch. S22u is so fast that any faster won't matter. It clicks good images too. With 700 plus taxes its not a worthy upgrade. Had it been around 350 usd i would have jumped into the wagon
I went on YouTube to this youtuber and he has a link to purchase the S23 It allows you to select independent of Samsungs group package promotion it also credits you a $150.00 So I caved and bought the S23ultra as did my husband So we each got $150.00 even though Samsung was tight on trade-in values
Sorry Samsung your pre-order process and promotions, frankly, suck this time around. I was attempting to pre-order the T-Mobile variant but the process to upgrade a line never completes. It's the only way I will order through the Samsung website as your promotions this year are horrible. $500 for an S22 Ultra and $380 for an S2 Ultra? That's a joke.
Yes, exactly! I've been trying to order the T-Mobile trade-in, but it continually gives an error message after entering all the info to upgrade my existing line. Or I don't even get that far, and it says it can't verify T-Mobile IMEI numbers right now.
I've been trying for 13 hours, probably 50 attempts, without any luck. A Samsung agent even created a cart for me, and I had the same problem
