Hello!! My AT&T S23U was recently unlocked and we got the madterkey lock working now only problem is it won't let me use my T-Mobile Sim saying I need to get my phone unlocked when I just did! Any suggestions?
They may have to go through the unlock process again, it may not have completed for some reason. In the old days, and I'm talking about pre-smartphones, it took 24 hours for the network to recognize the unlock. You might also have to stop by T-Mobile, it's rare, but not unheard of to get a defective sim right off the bat.
Have you tried resetting your network connections?
