I am aware that Samsung pass can now be access via wallet however, all the passwords that were saved on Samsung pass have disappeared I assumed they would have transferred and saved on the new system!!

Nothing in the update should have interfered with your Samsung Pass data.  Are you sure you are looking in the right place? Open Wallet, chose Samsung Pass, tap Sign-in info (or before you tap it, you should see how many passwords and passkeys are saved).  If it's "0", that's a problem. When did you get the update? Have you re-booted your phone since the update?  Do you have an older device that has Samsung Pass on it that you can use smart switch to transfer the data over from?

Indeed it does say "0" just following the steps you have said and no I do not have an older Samsung device that I can use a smart switch to transfer the passwords.

I did restart my device and turned it off and back on and it is still the same!

Any idea how I can solve this I need my passwords back

I know this is a stupid question, but were you somehow logged out of your Samsung account?

Also, I'm reading that you have to have at least one fingerprint registered to use Samsung Pass.  If you reset your phone or erased all your fingerprints for whatever reason, Samsung Pass is not usable, but your data will still be in the cloud.

Do you use Samsung Internet?  Sometimes, depending on which option you checked in the settings, the logins are stored in the browser.

You can look in the Samsung Internet settings/personal browsing data/autofill forms/safe autofill information to: (Samsung internet or Samsung pass). May be worth checking.  You can also check to see if any of the logins were captured to Google/chrome in Google Password Manager. If you use Chrome either on phone or computer, I think that setting may be on by default or perhaps enabled years ago.  Even if it doesn't  have all your logins, it may have captured some and you can at least recover those.  Other than that, you may have to contact Samsung support directly

Okay thank you so much I managed to retrieve two log in information through the Samsung internet but other than that I guess it has to be Samsung support I need to check with then!

Thanks once again
