Whenever my phone heats up during charging or when I use it under sunlight, I notice some annoying shadows on the screen. They appear under dark objects like circles or the hole of the selfie camera. This happens regardless of the screen brightness level, fphoto_2023-10-07_00-38-31.jpg

Please try resetting your cameras application, clear the cache and data from the application, and if the problem still continues please use the Diagnostic Tools in the Samsung Members app to Check for any hardware issues with your cameras sensor, if nothing seems to work please Call Samsung support directly , please see the attached phone number below 18007267864

Hi userUpuToSKrL

About 2 months ago, I've sent my phone to Samsung due to phone's guarantee, they gave me a new s23 ultra. They didn't know why it happens and they couldn't fix it!

Contact your phone's guarantee center ASAP...

Good luck.
