Galaxy S23I started facing issues in my phone (Galaxy S23 Ultra). My phone is dead and customer service center says motherboard is faulty and there is no sign of liquid damage or physical damage. The phone is just 1.5 years old and being a flagship model I dont expect motherboard issues on a Samsung phone. May I know how to proceed with this ? I was charged 75$ for diagnosis at UbreakIfix (authorized Samsung service center) and I am asking to again pay 100$ for diagnosis charge to mail in the device to Samsung service center. Why should i pay 100$ for the same diagnosis and I would be asked to pay for replacement if any. Honestly, very disappointing.
