Galaxy S23I cannot see call function display after making calls. Calls go through but after that there is no screen to end the conversation. If the person on other end misses to hang up, the call continues until I restart the phone. During this time I can only make outgoing calls and cannot receive any incoming calls.
This problem only fixes after I restart the phone and it keeps happening at least once in 2 weeks. Any ways to fix this issue?

Galaxy S23Hello all, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out. I can certainly see how inconvenient and frustrating it is for your being unable to hang up calls or use your display after a call. Since restarting only temporarily fixes the behavior, it very well could be a third-party application interfering with normal device function. You can check this with Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
If it continues to happen even in Safe Mode, it may be time to try a factory reset. Give this guide a thorough look: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
