So I am having an Issue when  Samsung Gallery account connecting with Microsoft OneDrive.

The Microsoft Account is refusing the connection which I figured out by successfully connecting with another Unused account which I keep alive.

I don't know how to remove the Samsung Account from Microsoft to resolve this issue. I deleted all of my app connections, but didn't see any Samsung connections.

Searching this topic has been frustrating. And I would rather be using the account with more space than 5Gb standard. I have two screens shots which show the error.

What I need is exact instructions on how to remove the Samsung Account from Microsoft OneDrive Account. And instructions on how to log out of the alternate Microsoft account. Heck and now
I just figured out that OneDrive is not OK,. Because the alternate account and My main account are both logged in . To different systems... Camera and Gallery different apps. with separate permissions.

Thanks ,

John

Hello, We understand the importance of backing up your Gallery, and the frustrations of connecting the accounts.

Have you removed the Samsung Account from the Microsoft OneDrive account and then tried adding to the correct one? This article provides the steps: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/samsung-gallery-and-onedrive-99c4e77b-8e63-4ddc-aede-19f8....

Try disconnecting the Samsung account from all Microsoft accounts and then try connecting to the one you prefer to use. For additional assistance, we recommend reaching out to Microsoft.

@user7P0NtFpwzC you may want to edit the last photo so that your personal email is not shown.

Thanks so upset about the issue I didn't care at the time.

Hopefully stickers are enough to keep it private.

@user7P0NtFpwzC Have you tried going to phone settings -> Accounts and backup -> Manage accounts and deleting the account with "OneDrive" under it?

And then reconnecting?

Yes I removed every Account which is Microsoft from my phone. I even reset my phone for the 3rd time I have had it. Ended up using a different account for my one drive which has less space on it. No idea how to solve this issue.

You would think format the phone would work. Having 1 gig less backup space will probably be my answer.
