Hi Kittflow, We understand how frustrating it is to not receive a reminder as expected.

Are you following the steps here for creating a reminder based on location? https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-use-the-samsung-reminder-app/

Do you have the location permission set to "Allowed all the time"?

Are other reminders working as expected?

Thank you. Have you tried clearing the cache of the Reminder app? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

Have you experienced any concerns with other location based apps?

No, problem with other apps. I had to put the reminder application to deep sleep because I received a message from device care of frequent crashes. This is really heart breaking for me.

I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried putting the device into safe mode to see if the reminder app could be crashing due to a third-party application?

https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

I would try that and see if it persists, If it doesn't have the same behavior in safe mode, this would mean a third party is the cause of a crash. You would just have to go through each third party application and uninstall one by one until you find which one is the cause.

If the behavior continues in safe mode as well, I would recommend submitting an error report directly after the crash so our engineers can look into it further.

Steps for Submitting an error report:

1. Open the Menu

2. Press & Hold Samsung Members Icon, Then Tap Error Reports

3. Select the Category of Your Report

4. Make Sure That "Send System Log Data" is Selected to Help Resolve Your Questions Quickly and Describe Your Problem in Details (Make sure to include the hashtag #SCommunity)

5. Change the Frequency, and send.
