Smart view will not detect any TVs from the phone

Can anyone tell me why my phone will not pick up any of my smart tvs

Are you on the same Wifi network?

Yes I am on all tvs that was the first thing I checked

Yes the same wifi you have to be on for it to take place

It's possible that none of the TV's support the casting software Samsung uses (I believe it's MiraCast)

If they support Chromecast you can go into Labs under the smart view settings and you can do it that way.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns with wanting to use the Smart View/Screen Mirror feature and I will be more than happy to assist you with this. 

Smart View can be used with devices running Android 4.3 or above and with devices that support Miracast wireless display technology. This technology is built into newer Samsung smart TVs. However, your TV and device must be connected to the same network in order to use this function. 

Swipe down from the top of your device screen

Open the Quick settings panel and then Tap the Smart View icon

Select your TV (If your TV requires permission, you will need to select ALLOW on your TV)

Verify that your TV and your device is up to date

If you are still having issues after performing the troubleshooting steps we recommend performing a factory data reset. Please be sure to back up your device before doing the reset.

Thank you but all the steps where already taken. It's just not working anymore. This is coming from someone who always uses that feature.

I can only connect by turning off the wifi to TV and phone, then hitting smart view and quickly turn wifi back on. I constantly pick up several other devices under the app, but not my tvs
