Some gallery albums will not show up when trying to add pictures to Airbnb etc..

Some of my albums do not show up when trying to add pictures to Airbnb, when I look in google photos on this device tab they don't show there either.

I went to one drive and, you have to dig to find any sort of order in one drive, but found the album there. 

But from Airbnb I can't use any other way to get pics other than gallery. I need photos that are in an album so I don't have to go back years in all the pictures. This is frustrating!

I've tried permissions, checking album is backed up etc...

Please help🙏

I tried with one and it still won't find it, so weird.

I also created a new album in gallery and moved all the pics from the old album to the brand new one, and that album won't show either. I just can't figure it out.

Grrrr that is so frustrating! I'd have ripped into AB&B asterisk by now. They make all this money shadily making nice profits from both sides and then refuse to make their service better or more efficient to use because they know you NEED their service and have you trapped. I'm about to go complain to them for you! We put a person on the moon; this should not be just as difficult to do. lol I truly hope you find a better, well, everything in this situation.🫤

I did, but then it didn't show up in the gallery camera section no matter how I sorted it, then I put it back to its original name and it showed up in the album it was in.

The problem is some albums but not all, don't show up when trying to access the gallery through other apps. I have tried every configuration I can think of, no albums hidden either. I'm baffled.

Hopefully it will allow you reorder alphabetically or even by "date modified" would also reorder them to the top of your search. Hopefully the site allows that. Afterwards I would suggest making a suggestion to the company about this issue and it would be an appreciated feature I think all users would like to have. I've come across this b4 myself and it gets very annoying very quickly.

I will absolutely report to both Samsung and Airbnb. Also, not all albums are backing up to OneDrive or Google Photos, no matter what I have selected, and nothing is hidden. It's gotten harder to organize my photos with app upgrades than it was before.

I have reordered, renamed, moved, and looked from other apps to see if anything is hidden, or not syncing or backing up and the gallery app will not show all albums in other apps no matter what I have tried so far. 🤷‍:female_sign:

Is there a way to make another gallery app the default temporarily to see if I can select the images from another gallery app?

Have you tried emptying the Gallery app's cache and data?  It may be confused.  Empty the cache first, if that doesn't help, empty the data. Emptying the data will not delete any photos.

settings/apps/gallery/storage - empty cache, empty data. Or just long press on the Gallery icon, tap the circled "i" in the upper right and it will bring you to the same place.

I did try the cache but not data because I was worried about loosing photos, what will clearing data actually do?

Clearung the data will clear most settings, but not album formations. In apps where you have to log in, it will log you out. Your data may be corrupted which is why all the albums don't show for upload. I was inclined to believe AB&Bs site was at fault, but then you said it happened in other apps.
