Hi, yesterday (september 18 2024), I updated my S23+ and the Super Fast Charging stopped working even though it is turned on. Has anyone had this problem, and how did you manage to fix it?
To enable your super-fast charging capabilities, go to the Settings app, then tap on "Battery and charging settings." Next, turn on the "Fast charging" setting. To use super fast charging I know you have to use speeds of 25 or 30W or higher to the max 45W
The S24 and S23 both use have same charging capabilities it takes about 30 minutes from 0% to 50% and 60 minutes from 0% to 100% super-fast power bricks but if you use like 20W then could take longer cause that's the slowest speed to charge.
I face another issue, the message that pops up when the charger is pluged is not accurate. It sometimes instead of SFC appears as charging only with the green circle (instead of blueish SFC) BUT the charging time is the same as SFC, why is this? Does anyone encounter such thing? Is there something wrong with my phone?
