A Series & Other MobileSamsung please help!
Updated A13 to the newest version of One UI. Since either has crashed and freezes often and cuts calls but worst of all, NO longer charges through mains plug, only through USB from laptop but is VERY slow and doesn't hold. Contacted Samsung, guided through partition cache reset, reset phone, tried obvious things like take phone from case, try other chargers, debugged usb port, switched usb settings.
My last thought are tto run a debug report but not sure of this is safe/what to do with the results. Does this get automatically sent to third parties and Samsung? Will this include my personal data/app data? Also it mentions allowing USB Debugging, but what do I them do on the laptop to debug this issue?
Please help, this is my ssecond Samsung pphone which has failed me in under a year!

A Series & Other MobileHello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the frustration of the phone not charging.
Have you tested the phone in Safe Mode to see if an app is causing the behavior? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
You can also try the troubleshooting steps here: https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/what-to-do-if-your-galaxy-phone-is-not-charging/
We also recommend optimizing your device: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CPo4h2og_bE
In the event the troubleshooting is not helpful, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated at an authorized service location. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
If you are still in the exchange period, you can also reach out to the retailer for exchange options.
