Question just got the s23+, had my old phone transferred over. Not all the apps transferred over. They still show on the home screen but when you tap on them there is nothing there. How do I get them off my screen? They seem impossible to delete.

Long press on the app you want removed from your screen and then it will give you option to remove.

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to not be able to access your apps on your new phone, and even more frustrating to not be able to remove them.

You can try uninstalling the apps in Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

If you are still unable to uninstall or access the apps, we recommend a factory reset of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

After resetting the phone, you should not restore the apps from a backup and instead, install the apps independently to prevent any errors in the downloads.
