I am trying to transfer pictures to my computer. I am hooked up with USB cable. My phone doesn't ask me about transferring photos. It shows charging. I cannot find the settings to allow to transfer. HELP....

Galaxy S23Are you using the proper cable? Your computer has to have a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port and you have to use the cable that came with the phone. If you have USB 2.0 or better, but no USB-C port, you will have to get a USB-A/C adapter, otherwise you will get the charging only capability. If your computer has BT and Link To Windows, once you connect wirelessly via LTW, the phone will show up as a transfer device and you can move your photos between the phone and computer.
