Watch vs. Ring

I have been doing my own research for a number of months now. Which one would be the better choice?

@Mistercee609 It really depends on what you are looking for. The Watch has more features but in some instances the Ring may collect better data.

I have the Galaxy Watch Ultra and the Galaxy Ring, and they both have features to monitor your health. However, I personally don't like wearing a watch to bed each night, so I wear the Galaxy Ring instead of the watch. The weight of the Ring is barely noticeable, and it took me a few days to get used to wearing it. As for the data collection, please click on the link that Longhiker posted above.
