What is this icon?

In the middle of the screen. The little round thing. What is that? It only shows up when my phone has been off and I turn it on.

I have the same thing and i have no clue..I think it's the Samsung kids symbol..if you didn't set it up someone else did....

Its the Android System icon stating that your phone restarted if you unlock your phone and swipe down it will tell you

That's the Android 14 logo. It happens every time you start your phone to indicate it needs to be unlocked to receive notifications.
