What's happening with S23's

Phone shows not certified and now is unable to update at all. Google play shows the device as uncertified even after a factory reset. This advised by Samsung. 

After reset, device still failing to update or be Google certified. Scans show normal, device a ts normal, but cant update. Even Samsung techs have no idea how this certification issue happened or any way to solve it..

Yes it was. 2 years ago though, the update issue started recently

Very strange maybe you got a bad app or something should try updates on wifi

It is very strange, lots of reports in Reddit about it too. Wifi or Data, same result

Only thing I can think of us sign into your Samsung account and check the imei also Google account my devices

Yes, that is what Samsung texh checked.. the IMEI showed up once in his end and then gone. He couldn't explain it either... the local Samsung shops had no idea either. Went to 3 today... one thought that at an IMEI rewrite was needed, but of course none of them have or carry the tools..
App scan shows negative and all were downloaded via Google Play when certification was good.
