Hey there! I can certainly understand needing your phone to charge! If you have tried the specific charger with other devices, and it works, or you have tried your phone with other chargers, and it's not working I would suggest having a certified technician having a look at the device.

You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Sometimes the case that you have on your phone interferes with the charging and also the cord that you use to plug it in with I noticed from past experience. Try removing your case if you have one change the cord out and hopefully this will work have good holidays

I have the same problem with my Note10+. My Samsung fast wireless charger works fine with other devices. Charge-sharing the phone with my Galaxy watch also stopped working at the same time. Removing the case made no difference. I haven't found a solution yet.
