6.1.1 Broke RCS on my S24

Took the update on my S24 and now RCS is stuck on setting up. I've tried all the tricks in the book except for resetting my phone and I don't want to do that

Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
See if this helps get RCS unstuck. You won't be factory resetting your phone, just network, so you won't lose any data from your phone.

Yeah tried resetting network and the phone and it's still out, but RCS is still working on my other phones. It's all good
