Accessing archived content about various bluetooth keyboards repeating characters

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how i can read archived posts ?
I am trying to access a post about the S24 repeating characters on various bluetooth keyboards that worked fine on amongst others S7 and S9. 

It concerns this url;

Any tips on this available ?

As far as I know you can only access your own archived posts and not posts from other users
