What could cause the alarm not to ring or function? Some days it works and other days it doesnāt. As a heads up, I usually set it up the previous day. Iām wondering if the āDo Not Disturbā status while Iām sleeping could cause it, some automatic routines on my phone, or the auto restart that I have once a week. Any help, suggestions, or advice?
@userchRbr8jxRo In Do not disturb, as long as you have Alarms and sound enabled for Alarms they will sound when DND is enabled. I use DND every night and have never had an alarm fail to go off.
The only time my phone alarm has failed is when I've accidentally hit Turn Off option instead of Turn Off for Today when I wake up before my alarm goes off. Check before you turn it to make sure you see the alarm clock icon on the top right of your phone to make sure it's actually activated.
