Galaxy S24Was happening to me on my phone which I just replaced. I would get a call, as I pick it up, screen would go black. There was no way to end the call, and I could no longer see the home screen. I had to hard reboot it to get it working. One of many issues. Another issue was, although I have an eSIM, at times the phone would no longer work, no calls, no texts. When I go to my texts, it shows a message "Insert SIM card to continue". I spent months going between Verizon and Samsung, each one blaming the other. Finally, Verizon agreed to =replace it. Let's see how the replacement works.
