Bug with phone calls

Yo, my phone refuses to let me answer or deny phone calls. I've tried tapping, holding it down, and tapping while sliding and nothing happened. What is going on!? I just switched to Android and had this phone only for several months. Can someone tell me how to fix this bug?

I've had the same problem with my phone especially if you are on another app while the call is coming in.

Well I did but sadly, it refused to. It must be a bug. I'm nor the only one with this problem.

What phone do you have?
Do you have a screen protector n?

The s24 ultra. No, I don't use screen protectors.

Sometimes screen gets picky and you have to swipe a few time's

Try this, power off your phone.
While phone is off press power button and Volume up button simultaneously, when you feel a vibration let go off the buttons
You will now be in the bootloader, using power for Ok and volume buttons for up and down, scroll to wipe cache partition, press ok, scroll to yes, press ok. Reboot now, press power button.

This should fix the problem.
