How do I stop phone from going straight to voicemail? My phone isn't ringing either. I have checked everything I could think of. Any help would be appreciated.
Make sure call forwarding is not on > Do not disturb is not on > Also, if you have google contacts, Google contacts has "route to voicemail" and "unroute to voicemail" setting, make sure it's set to route. If all else fails, you could do a network reset.
@mrj2716 If signal strength is an issue, when a call is received at the carrier they can't ring your phone. Then they will route directly to voicemail.
