Make sure your phone is not on "Do Not Disturb", restart your phone, and turn off call forwarding (Guide here). If your phone is still going straight to voicemail. This could be a network concern. Try resetting your network by pressing the settings icon. Press General Management. Press Reset. Press Reset mobile network settings. Some members have stated that a factory reset has worked for them. This should be your last troubleshooting step, so make sure to back up your memory. There could be an issue with your SIM card.
My S23 Ultra just started doing this today. What's strange is that when I try to choose a ringtone in settings, I can't hear any of the ringtone samples either.
Was having the same exact issue... went to the 'call fowarding' setting... turned off the 'fowarding when busy' and turned on the call waiting option (must have been turned off after last update)... works perfectly now...
