Color by keyword

My s24+ has the option for edge lighting color by keyword. It worked on my note 20 but not on the s24+. Any suggestions?

It says it's case sensitive. Are your keywords written exactly like they are on the app you want notifications from?

They are. I have them exactly like they were on my note 20, where the edge lighting worked fine.

And names, titles, etc are an exact match?

Yes.. for example, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger..

Well, it definitely works. I usually use detailed, but I changed it to brief and set up a special color for my son for Google messages, and used his name as the keyword and had him text me. I also have an S24+. Maybe you need to use individual names for the app examples you gave?

I know it works. It worked on my Note 20 ultra. I have my keywords the exact same way on my s24 plus but every notification is popping up with the same edge color. Hopefully it'll correct itself.
