Contact names not showing when receiving calls, but shows in recent call list

When i get a phone call from a saved contact their name does not show up on the caller ID. When I go to my recent calls it shows their name though. Anybody else had/have this issue?

Presumably, after a few days, they'll delete my post.

I spent an hour and a half online with somebody from Samsung and they did nothing but make it worse. I don't think they even understood the problem.
