Customize contacts not right?

Hello there, 

So I'm having an issue when I'm in a conversation with someone in text, and I go to the the dots in the right hand corner to customize, I click on notifications and a different contact pops up. How do i fix that? Pics below to show what I mean.

@Manders43 Which messages app are you using? It it Verizon's Messages+? If so, you would need to discuss the issue with Verizon.

It is the messages+ . I didn't realize it would be a verizon issue!
