Oh...yeah. I got put into timeout for a little bit. You're joking about the dev options right? Just got a different setting to play with this time around?

If you go to settings, about, software information, build number. Click on build number until it tells you that you're a developer .

There's some stuff in there that's pretty useful. 1729989400581.jpgSmartSelect_20240921_200300_Settings_1000004989_1726974180.jpg1729989400669.jpg1729989400706.jpg

I am unable to locate the app. When I checked apps permissions, I saw "connectors," but I could not access the data the options manager to uninstall or disable the app looks disabled

So, you are not familiar with developer options and what they mean, yet you go and turn them on and play with them anyway? It's almost like you want your phone to be messed up.

I think his point is it you aren't a developer and have no idea what the developer settings are (which the OP did say they are not familiar with these settings) then you probably shouldn't poke around in them. Someone probably fixed something on their phone and left it there or they watched some video on "speed up your phone with the developer options" and started poking around.
