Galaxy S24I recently purchased a T-Mobile S24+. I have a physical SIM and an eSIM. I used to be able to have the Dual Sim Always On feature active, but now it is disabled and just says unable to activate this feature. Can someone please explain why it worked at the beginning and now it doesn't?

Dual Sims are picky at times sometimes they don't always work it would be something to ask your carrier

T mobiles network is compromised that's probably why. I've been through 10 phones this year alone.

I would go to your carrier, they would be able to assist you with that.

Unless changed in the last few months, dual sim always on applies to physical SIM cards only. A SIM and eSIM together do not support always on/standby.
