Galaxy S24Hey there! I can certainly understand needing "find my earbuds" to work! Let's try some troubleshooting steps!
Let's check some things that could be making this feature not work.
Bluetooth's range: Make sure your earbuds are within the Bluetooth range of your phone (usually around 30 feet).
Battery level: Low battery on your earbuds can hinder the "Find My Earbuds" feature.
IR sensor obstruction: Check for any debris or dirt on the earbud's IR sensor which might be blocking its functionality.
App updates: Ensure you have the latest version of the "Galaxy Wearable" app.
Restart devices: Try restarting both your phone and your Samsung earbuds.
ALso, here's how to use "Find My Earbuds":
Open the "Galaxy Wearable" app on your phone.
Select your Samsung earbuds from the device list.
Tap on "Find My Earbuds" option.
Your earbuds should start beeping to help you locate them.
If you still can't find your earbuds:
Check recent locations:
If your earbuds support location tracking, the app might show you their last known location.
If you've tried these, and it is still not working for you my next suggestion would be to have a certified technician take a look at the device and the earbuds.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.
