Since the latest update, my phone doesn’t ring when I ask Google, “Where’s my phone?”
The screen pops up saying my phone should not be ringing, but it’s not.
I have tried everything I can think of to fix it.

Go to Google Find My Phone on your computer or another phone, Select the device and that's it.

It's a good idea after an update to both optimize your apps and delete the cache partition of your phone to get rid of remnants that could interfere with some functions. You should do both now. Download Good Guardians fom the Galaxy store and then the Gakaxy app optimizer module and run it. Also, have you checked that your volume is loud enough?

Thank you. Is there a way to clear all apps' cache at once?

1. Power off your Galaxy phone by holding down the power button until it reboots.

2. Let go of both buttons when you see the Samsung Logo appear on screen

3. When you see “Recovery mode” appear at the top of the screen, release both buttons.

4. Use the volume buttons to navigate through recovery menu options and highlight “Wipe Cache Partition.” Press power button to select this option .

5 .When wiping cache partition is complete ,reboot system now should be highlighted; press power key to select it .
