Fold 4 not eligible for trade in?

I went to check out the pre order for the Samsung s24 ultra but the fold 4 is not eligible?? Only the 3 and 5?

Same thing happened to me. No option for Z Fold 4 to trade in for new S24.

It's strange why is that I had an issue with the phone pixel issue samsung fixed it for free

They probably need to cash in on all the phones that will actually make them profit before allowing us to trade in our phones at a loss to them.
