Fold 4 not eligible for trade in?

I went to check out the pre order for the Samsung s24 ultra but the fold 4 is not eligible?? Only the 3 and 5?

Last update from Samsung chat: yes there is an error I would suggest you to please wait for a some time Ia will update it for you please help em with the contact details of your so that I will update you.

Thats the answer i got from Expert 

"Unfortunately, the device Z Fold 4 you wish to trade in is not available in the trade in list. However, we regularly update our trade in list and there’s a possibility that it might be included in our list in future."

It's terrible. So expensive phone and I can't trade in Fold 4 to get new s24 ultra

I think they did on purpose. They dont want get z fold 4 back. That is why it is not in the trade list.

Well my fold 4 doesn't even show up on the list to get a trade in credit. What's up with that? All the other folds have trade in available except for the 4.

I just complained and got this reply in chat. No you can trade in our team is working on it.

They make it seem like they are solving a rocket science problem. This should have been fixed 30 minutes into the preorder opening.

Their "engineers" are having to rebuild the web page from the ground up so they can add it. That's why it's so laggy when we check to see if it's been added lol. It's OK though, they'll take the expense out of the trade in value.
