Welcome to the Community, and thank you for reaching out to us about this. Thank you for providing the information on what troubleshooting steps you have tried. I understand how frustrating this is. Try clearing the cache partition of the phone, in addition to the steps @VerbumVeritum provided, which could help immensely:
- Power off your device.
- While the device is powered off, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
- Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Your device should boot into recovery mode.

Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select:

- Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power.
- Select yes to confirm.
- Navigate down to "Repair apps" and press power.

If you are still unable to connect there are some additional steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01001559

Try testing the phone on a different Wi-Fi network.

If none of the steps provided have corrected the issue, it would be recommended to have the phone evaluated by a certified technician. You can take the phone to a local uBreakiFix location, https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung, or for additional service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
