The photos I have in Google Photos are not synchronized with Samsung Gallery with this Galaxy S24 Ultra. And the apps only access to Samsung Gallery (but not to Google Photos).
Samsung Gallery shows only a small portion of my photos (the ones sent thru whatsapp or screenshots etc)
So I cannot share my photos through any app such as mails, instagram, whatsapp, linkedin, etc...
And I shouldnt have to save each photo-every time i take one by one to samsung gallery, its insane...
I have tried every solution that I could find, gave all the permissions, cleared the caches, restarted the system, etc...
Could someone help me how to solve this problem please?
No, still nothing. You would laugh, but I send photos to myself with gmail, I download and save to Samsung Photos and only after that I can share those photos in social media. Its really an unbelievable process!
It's genuinely one of the things I've hated most about switching to Android. The FINALLY updated the android photo picker to do exactly this, but for some reason they weren't able to do it the way iOS does where it's just HOW the system works rather than leaving it up to developers to figure out and implement optionally. I cannot for the life of me understand why such an obvious thing is still lacking on these phones. I don't think I'll be keeping this Samsung much longer myself.
