Updated my S24U yesterday with January's software update and today my LE Audio for my Oticon Hearing Aids will not work. No audio is streaming with LE Audio turned on, and works with it turned off. Anyone else have this issue or have a solution?

Can you check the oticon app if they have one to see if they are compatible and your settings are correct? LE means low energy and is a new form of Bluetooth. I would repair the hearing aids. What app are you using when you can't hear anything? Just see it will work with YouTube or Spotify or some other audio maybe even try asking Bixby. My audio wouldn't play on my is windows 10 I needed a new driver

It's definitely not the hearing aids. They're brand new, only a few weeks old. This worked just fine prior to Samsungs software update. It's any app that I can stream from, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon music, etc.

The update made my Samsung A54 bad. I usually have to turn the Dolby icon and equalizer on and off for my JBL headphones to kick in as the audio fades. Hope yours gets fixed. 😊

This exact same thing just happened to me. My phone applied the January security update and after it restarted my Oticon Intents will no longer receive audio using LE, but will work with LE turned off (albeit with lousy sound quality).

Tried connecting my wife's earbuds which also have an option to use LE or not. With LE on, they get nothing. With it off, they get lousy sound.

EDIT: Just to clarify, my wife's earbuds which had the same issue are NOT Oticon. They're not even hearing aids. They're Sony ear buds.

Same here, tried everything just like you. Hopefully they'll come out with a patch soon!

Sounds like sn Oticon issue. You would have to contact them to see if they have plans to make them compatible.

It's definitely not Oticon specific, or even hearing aid specific. It seems to be affecting many different types of audio devices that use bluetooth LE, regardless of type or brand.

And I can confirm that all of these devices were fully compatible and working flawlessly prior to installing samsungs January 1 security update.

The only solution I was able to find was to downgrade back to the previous firmware. I don't advise it unless you know what you're doing and are prepared to lose everything on your device and possibly risk breaking it.

However, I rely on my ability to use my hearing aids connected to my phone, and I'd already tried everything else. So for me the risk was worth it--and it did solve the problem.
