There may be an āiā symbol next to āAppsā in Storage in Battery and device care. If this is the case, the amount of storage used by āOtherā will seem larger. To see how much storage is actually used by āOtherā and āAppsā:

The "Other" contains data from apps you have installed on your phone. It includes items such as system files, cached data, and temporary files.
I would scroll up and see what it shows in "Large files".
