@MrGhost If your carrier allows it, you will find it in Phone app. Click on 3 dot menu on right -> Click on Settings -> Click on Supplementary services.
Depends who your carrier is and whether your phone is locked to that carrier or has its firmware. Some carriers disable the setting. Otherwise, it's in the phone dialer. Settings/supplementary services.
