How to delete eSIM

Hello everyone, I have a Network Locked S24 Ultra, which is a model that supports eSIM.

SIM 1 - Network Locked

SIM 2 - Open Line

The requirement for the phone is that SIM 1 must be inserted with the telecom provider's SIM card, only then can SIM 2 use any telecom company.

I’ve been using it this way for the past six months without any issues. However, I downloaded an eSIM yesterday, and everything seemed fine.

This is because:

SIM 1 + eSIM only requires SIM 1 to be using the telecom provider's SIM card.

However, since I have multiple eSIMs installed on my phone, I accidentally activated both eSIMs.

As a result, the phone now recognizes eSIM + eSIM, and my physical SIM 1 can no longer be detected. Additionally, I can’t access the SIM manager to delete the eSIM.

Because of this, my phone is currently unusable, and even after a factory reset, the eSIMs are still present. Could anyone advise me on how to solve this issue? Thank you.

You should get an option when you reset the phone to delete the esims

Did you contacted your Service Provider? If you have a Network Locked device, then your service provider could assited you with the issue, as it is "controlled by them".
