I can't receive pictures messages from Iphone users.

As of Saturday, I have not received pictures from iPhone users. How can I correct this

You probably have to enable RCS on your messaging app. I normally tend to use WhatsApp or any 3rd party app to message with iPhone users. But if you use the messaging app, I would recommend using Google messages on your phone.

@userYtSNCyYh36 Are you a previous iPhone user? Did you go into your Apple account and disable iMessage settings?

I can't get my pictures back

I have the google messages app for my phone and mine isn't loading iphone photos or videos. This only started happening about a week or 2 ago... my RCS is enabled. Someone please help figure out why
