Is it possible to remove the page indicator icons (that indicates which page you are on)?

Does anyone know how to remove these page indicators on the homescreen? I want to clean it up more. Would love for my app tray to just mesh with the homescreen. They are the little indicators in the center of the screen that just hint to you what page you are on. I'm sorry if this is confusing.

Now if I use nova can I just use it for that one thing and keep my current layout ? Or will it interfere with everything else as well ?

You would need to make a new layout, but you can make it look like your current layout
