Galaxy S24The auto optimization will not take place if your phone is in use at the scheduled time (if on a scheduled restart). If set to restart when needed, it will not restart unless the phone has been idle for at least a half hour. At any time, however, you can do a manual optimization and restart of your phone. To manually optimize, go to Device Care and hit the "optimize now" button. Then restart your phone. If the phone is not auto optimizing, you still should manually restart your phone at least once a week. Have you wiped the phone's cache partition? Leftover bits and pieces may be preventing the auto optimization process.

Galaxy S24If it's not working, I recommend putting in an error report to have the issue addressed.
