New features request (pop-up view disable, screen time tracking, folder slot view)

Hello! Here are some requests for improvements/additions that i think would improve user experience:

1. Added choice to completely disable pop up view for apps

2. Added choice to exclude certain apps from screen time tracking

3. View of app folders when closed to have 4 slots when there are 4 or less apps in folders, instead of the default 9 slot view
